Cornerstone Technologies' founding partners have over 50 years combined experience in the industry.

Our President, Frank Velasquez, has a vision to deliver true value at the highest level first for our customers and then for our partners. This vision will be attained by retaining the highest level of integrity and commitment to meeting our customers business objectives, knowing and being certified for our vendor solutions, and committing to understand our employees. Frank has 20+ years experience in business, leadership and technology sales. He led large enterprise sales teams for AVCOM Technologies, Veritas and Symantec Corporation. Frank has a business degree from California State University Hayward.

Our CTO, Mike Tisdell, has 20+ years experience in IT technology both as an IT consulting firm business owner and in various IT Management roles. Mike's history is rich in Data Archival, Data Protection, Data Security and Virtualization. Mike has consulted for many large financial institutions in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mike has constructed a top tier Engineering staff with engineers from large Fortune 500 companies and the large enterprise (e.g. SunMicro Systems, Juniper Networks, Ross Stores, Applied Materials and others.) Mike's vision is to build out a world class organization in the following four practice areas... 1.)Data Protection/Backup Solutions, 2.)Data Archival, 3.)Data Security 4.)Virtualization.

Our CFO David Belgum's passion is to deliver the highest level of success to Cornerstone Technologies, by implementing disciplines and practices that have been known to work. With over two decades of experience in the high-tech world, he provides high quality work with a foundation of practices that support Cornerstone Technologies at the highest level necessary. David's breadth of experiences in large, mid-size and small companies has developed in him a mature strategic focus that delivers practical solutions. David has an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University.

Our COO, Jim Plutchak, has over 20 years of business experience. Jim's entrepreneurial background has uniquely qualified him to lead Cornerstone's Operations. Jim has been a small business owner for over 15 years and previously he led PIC Systems nation-wide deployment for inventory control systems. Jim has a bachelors degree from Liberty University.
