Storage design - Isilon

Cornerstone has partnered with Isilon on several large projects. Together we have deployed the Isilon storage platform as a data archival target. One of those successful deployments is outlined here.

We strongly believe in the Isilon product and have found it to be a very reliable storage platform. Cornerstone has extensive experience developing data archiving systems using Isilon as the target storage platform. These deployments have been very successful and we have learned a great deal about the proper design and use of Isilon with Symantec Enterprise Vault and as a network storage solution.

Isilon is unique as a storage platform in its approach to redundancy, performance and expandability. This makes it a an excellent choice for coupling with data archival systems such as Symantec Enterprise Vault as it removes the limitation of painful and complicated expansion plagued by so many other storage systems on the market.
