On the "First launch" you will be shown the “How to” dialog
On subsequent launches you will only see the quick tips dialog

* Must fill out required fields to be able to start the Gather process.
** Help menu is available to get access to “How to”, “Quick tips” again.
Once all required fields are filled in, the "Gather Now" button will be enabled.
You will be asked to confirm when you click on the Gather Now button.
Only clicking YES starts the Gathering process.
The gathering process (can be cancelled) if needed
The upload process (cannot be cancelled)
Process complete!
